VMC Onroerend Goed B.V. is active in the agricultural sector with as core business the mediation in agricultural real estate.
After working as an entrepreneur and manager in floricultural businesses for many years, Henk Verbeek started a consultancy agency, Verbeek Management Consultants, in 1998. VMC very quickly developed and is now supported by a network of experts including governmental planners, architects, accountants, lawyers, and personnel advisors both regionally as well as internationally. VMC has always given special attention to floriculture and (flower) exports. Within this dynamic sector we advise, analyse and coordinate various business activities from finding building locations to consulting with (local) authorities.
Over the last few years the focus of VMC has shifted more and more to the mediation in agricultural real estate. This development in the core business has resulted in an official change of the company name per January 10th, 2008 into VMC Onroerend Goed B.V.
The heart of the business however remains the expertise and the network of relations Verbeek has built over the years. Until this day he is very closely involved in relevant developments in the area making VMC the regional agricultural real estate specialist.
